About Coach Joel

With over 15 years of experience in strength training and bodybuilding, Coach Joel has dedicated his life to helping others unlock their full potential. He has turned his own life around from the lowest points, using training as the tool to rebuild his body, mind, and purpose.

Joel doesn’t just coach—he lives and practices what he teaches. He has completed the 230 km Larapinta Trail in The NT in just 10 days carrying a 50 kg pack, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro 5950m, completed multiple training camps in muay thai in thailand and has entered into and competed in Muay Thai fights, earned his skydiving licence and now with over 100 jumps, and is now preparing to climb Mt. Aconcagua 6969m. Constantly chasing challenge and new ways to facilitate growth, Joel proves every day that limits only exist if you accept them.

At the heart of his philosophy is the belief that we are all capable of more—that through discipline, resilience, and courage, we can become limitless. Whether your goal is to gain strength, build muscle, or completely transform your physique, Joel’s guidance will help you break through barriers and achieve results you never thought possible.

About Coach Juanita

Coach Juanita is a women’s strength and fitness coach with over 10 years of experience helping women transform their bodies and mindsets. Specialising in strength training, body recomposition (toning), and holistic nutrition, she empowers women to build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and step into lasting confidence — both inside and outside the gym.

Unlike restrictive diets or unsustainable programs, Juanita’s coaching is designed exclusively for women who want to feel strong, empowered, and in control of their health. Her programs focus on sculpting legs and glutes, building full-body strength, and creating long-term healthy habits that fuel energy and confidence for life.

As a qualified nutrition coach and experienced chef, Juanita takes a balanced, no-fad approach to food. She teaches her clients how to nourish their bodies with delicious, whole-food meals that support their goals without guilt or deprivation.

Her mission goes beyond just physical results — she helps women break free from self-doubt, build resilience, and create a healthy lifestyle that fits seamlessly into their lives.
